En Rose team is working really hard to provide you the best service and that includes delivery. 

  • A little reminder to always leave a way to contact you during checkout (email or phone number).
  • It is your responsibility to correctly enter and verify your address. We do not deliver to PO boxes.
  • The processing delay (preparation of your order) is a maximum of 3 working days.
  • If you have ordered an item for pre-sale, please refer to the product sheet, the production delay  is 5-7 working days.



Shipping is expensive in Canada. It is impossible for us to offer free shipping on orders under 75$ while still providing quality and eco-friendly products. We are sorry for the inconvenience. We strongly suggest bulking your order with some friends to split shipping fees (and it's also better for the environment ;) ).

We also offer the pick-up option. You can therefore pick up your package yourself in Saint-Eustache (J7P) on Mondays between 9h00 and 19h00 using the PU code

  • Québec : 9,99$ for orders under 75$
  • Canada and the US : 14,99$ for orders under 75$



Quebec: between 1 to 3 working days from the moment you receive the tracking number by email.

Worldwide: 7-15 business days from the time you receive the tracking number by email.

We strongly recommend that you track the delivery of your package. If you are not present at the delivery moment, a pickup notice will be left for you by the delivery company. You can then pick up your package at the address indicated.

To track the delivery of your package, please use your tracking number on the purolator website for deliveries in Quebec and Chitchats for those everywhere else.

In the event that your package is returned to us, you will have to pay the delivery charge again ($ 9.99 or 14,99$). We invite you to visit our policies to find out what to do in the event that your package has been returned to us.


    I received an email telling me that my package could not be delivered and is being returned to the sender, why?

    If the package is sent back to us, it is because Purolator or Chitchats tried to contact you several times to change your address and you did not respond. It is your responsibility to enter your address correctly when placing an order. We cannot verify if the information of each order is true. You will therefore have to pay the delivery costs again (9.99$)* by writing to serviceenrose@gmail.com.
